1. Membership & Access

Flora Method operates as a physician-led direct access medical practice. By establishing a membership (Flora Essential, Flora Plus, or Flora Complete), you are securing a designated slot in our patient panel, enabling personalized care and direct contact options. Annual fees and monthly membership fees are subject to our standard patient agreements and panel limits.

2. Telehealth & Privacy

We prioritize your confidentiality and use secure, HIPAA-compliant patient communication portals. Your medical data, clinical history, and message history remain strictly private. Please review our detailed Patient Agreement within the member portal for specific terms concerning digital health services and emergency care coordination.

3. Insurance & Out-of-Pocket Costs

Flora Method does not accept or bill health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Your membership fee covers direct physician access and services specified within your plan tier. Outside medical costs—including specialists, diagnostics, imaging, labs, prescriptions, and emergency/hospital care—must be handled through your traditional health coverage or paid out-of-pocket.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Memberships can be canceled in writing according to the timeline outlined in your clinical patient enrollment agreement. Initial setup, enrollment, and annual fees are non-refundable to cover the administrative process and reserved panel access.

5. SMS & Digital Communications Policy

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages and email notifications from Flora Method for transactional, administrative, and clinical purposes. Messaging frequency may vary. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting our support team. Standard message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any membership. We do not sell or share SMS consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Payment Security & PCI Compliance

All payment information submitted to Flora Method is handled securely. We comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) to ensure your credit card, banking, and payment details are encrypted and processed through certified, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store raw cardholder details on our local servers.
